Refund Policy

Our promise
We want you to feel good about every purchase. If something isn't right, reach out — we read every message.
Individual books ($7.99)
Because devotional books are digital content that becomes immediately available to read in your library, all sales are generally final. That said, if you have not opened the book or have read less than the first chapter, we will refund your purchase within 14 days of the order date — no hassle.
All-Access subscriptions
- You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current period is not prorated or refunded.
- Monthly plans: refundable within 7 days of the initial charge if you have read fewer than 3 chapters during that period.
- Annual plans: refundable within 14 days of the initial charge if you have read fewer than 3 chapters during that period.
- Renewal charges are not refundable once the new term begins, but you may cancel future renewals at any time.
How to request a refund
Email johnkrill_49@hotmail.com from the email on your account with the subject "Refund request" and your order number (or the date of purchase). Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Duplicate or failed charges
If you were charged more than once for the same item, or were charged for a service you did not receive, contact us right away and we will refund the duplicate or unfulfilled charge in full.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we can almost always resolve issues faster ourselves.
Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Refund requests are evaluated under the policy in effect at the time of your purchase.
