By creating an account or using Faith That Connects (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service and its content for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly display any content from the Service.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code.
• Use the Service to harass, harm, or violate the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems.

All original content on the Service — including our devotional writing, original illustrations and artwork, our app name and logo, our user interface, and our software — is owned by Faith That Connects or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. This section does not claim ownership of any third-party trademarks, character names, logos, or brand names that may be referenced in our devotionals; those remain the property of their respective owners as described in Section 10 and on our Disclaimer & Trademarks page.

If you submit prayers, notes, or other content, you retain ownership but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to store and display that content as needed to operate the Service for you.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

The Service and its content are provided for personal devotional and educational purposes. Faith That Connects is an independent, faith-based devotional work and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the game studios, publishers, film studios, athletes, leagues, or other brands that may be referenced in our devotionals or that have inspired our themes. All trademarks, character names, logos, and brand names are property of their respective owners. References to popular franchises are made for the purposes of religious commentary, criticism, parody, and education — uses generally considered transformative under U.S. copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 107). We do not reproduce official game art, character renders, studio logos, or in-game UI. See the Disclaimer & Trademarks page for the full list of acknowledgments. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faith That Connects will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Faith That Connects operates, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
